തിരുമണ്ടന്‍

ഞാന്‍

നിഴലുകള്‍ക്ക് പിന്നില്‍ ഒളിക്കാന്‍ തുടങ്ങി 

നിഴലുകള്‍ക്ക് നീളം വച്ചപ്പോള്‍

ഞാന്‍ ഉള്ളില്‍ ഊറ്റം കൊണ്ടു 

പക്ഷേ,

കാണെകാണെ ഞാന്‍ വിഡ്ഢിയായി  

...................

അമ്മ 

എനിക്ക് അരിപ്പയും തടുപ്പയും* തന്നു 

ഞാന്‍ അരിപ്പയെടുത്തു.

ഞാന്‍ വീണ്ടും വിഡ്ഢിയായി 

...................  

ചുമരില്‍ 

ഞാനൊരു യേശുവചനം കണ്ടു:

"മുട്ടുവിന്‍ തുറക്കപ്പെടും"

കൈ വേദനിക്കും വരെ ഞാന്‍ മുട്ടി 

ഞാന്‍ വീണ്ടും വിഡ്ഢിയായി

കുഞ്ഞുപാട്ട് ..ഞാന്‍ പുഴ കാണാന്‍ പോയപ്പോള്‍

(This was written when I am 10 years old.There was 

a contest in Mathrubhumi "kutti.com" column to write

something related to rivers...and I took the chance

to write it..It got published in kutti.com....)

 

ഞാന്‍ പുഴകാണാന്‍ പോയപ്പോള്‍ 

മഴയുടെ താരാട്ട് കേട്ടല്ലോ 

കു‌ടയും ചൂടി പോയപ്പോള്‍

പുളയും പുഴയെ കണ്ടല്ലോ

നീര്ചാലുകലായ് ഒഴുകുന്നു 

കടലും തേടി പോകുന്നു

ചോദിച്ചു‌ ഞാന്‍ പുഴയോട്

എവിടെ നിന്നു വരുന്നു നീ ?

"അങ്ങ് കിഴക്കേ മലയീന്നു "

എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞു പുഴയപ്പോള്‍

പുഴയുടെ കരയില്‍ ഞണ്ടുകളും

പുഴയില്‍ പുളയും മീനുകളും

എല്ലാം കണ്ടു രസിച്ചു ഞാന്‍

പിന്നെ തിരികെ പോന്നു ഞാന്‍

what's our mission on earth?

Destiny.

      It's what you have always wanted to accomplish.Everyone,when they are young,knows what their destiny is.At that point in their lives,everything is clear and everything is possible.They are not afraid to dream,and to yearn for everything they would like to see happen to them in their lives.But, as time passes,a mysterious force begins to convince them that it will be impossible for them to realize their destiny....

      And,when you want something,all the universe conspires in helping you to achieve it.
